Our Work
Michigan Voices supports, trains, and works with our table partners to build an equitable community and to ensure that the voices of those who believe in and care about democracy and reproductive justice ring loud and clear. Our purpose is to convene, set strategy, and provide resources to help our partner organizations become self-sustaining in their mission to bring social justice to their communities.

The Democracy Department funds and supports partners across the state that are working in the areas of voting rights and election protection, especially in historically marginalized communities.

The Integrated Voter Engagement Department conducts year-round nonpartisan voter engagement, working with our partners to train community members in voter registration, voter education, and get-out-the-vote efforts in order to increase voter turnout, create policy change, and sustain engagement between elections in historically marginalized communities.

The Data Department is committed to harnessing the power of data to inform our advocacy, engagement, and outreach efforts, ensuring that our work remains agile, efficient, and effective.

The Reproductive Justice Department supports efforts to protect reproductive rights in Michigan, working closely with our partners in Black, Brown, Indigenous, and LGBTQ+ communities in the areas of education, advocacy, and policy change.
