Urban Neighborhood Initiatives is of Learning & Leadership

Urban Neighborhood Initiatives (UNI) is seeking candidates to fulfill our Director of

Learning & Leadership position. The Director of Learning & Leadership will be

central to UNI’s commitment to measure our impact in the Springwells neighborhood

of southwest Detroit, while also utilizing data to determine where we focus our

advocacy and organizing strategies. Alongside staff and stakeholders, the Director

of Learning & Leadership Director will design and implement creative participatory

research approaches to inform UNI’s strategic direction and evaluate the

effectiveness of our work. They will be also serve as a supervisor to UNI’s

community organizing and leadership programming and initiatives.
