It’s Our Time. It’s Our Power. And It’s All in Our Hands.

Michiganders overwhelmingly voted to protect our reproductive freedoms in 2022, but there are still way too many barriers when it comes to contraception. If passed in its entirety, the Contraceptive Equity Package will remove barriers to birth control, especially for people living in rural areas, Black and Brown people, low-income people, young people, and people with disabilities. Take action today to remove barriers to birth control and expand contraceptive equity for all!

Allow pharmacists to independently prescribe birth control and emergency contraception, while prohibiting insurers from requiring a prescription for over-the-counter birth control.
