Abortion Access for all is essential to Michigan's future!

In 2022, we won reproductive freedom for all in Michigan! We’ve guaranteed the right, but now we must ensure meaningful access for all. Michigan still has numerous outdated laws on the books that disproportionately affect Black and Brown people, LGBTQIA+ communities, rural and young people, and working-class people, and make abortion care difficult to access for so many of us.

Michigan has made it clear where we stand on abortion. It’s time our laws reflected our overwhelming support for abortion patients and help people get the care they need, instead of creating barriers to that essential healthcare.
